Celebration Day 2024, at the Europa Hotel, Belfast.
Celebration Day 2024 included 86 Care Home leaders from across 70 care settings in Northern Ireland, who completed the 2023/24 MHL Leadership Support Programme.
Celebration Day is an essential part of the MHL Leadership Support Programme as it enables all Programme participants, their guests and the wider health and social care community to come together for a day of celebration, reflection and shared learning.
Participants could showcase and share their Quality Improvement Projects which highlighted the 3 key areas of Community Engagement, Transitions and Systems Integration/Meaningful Engagement. In addition, participants were able to express how the Programme had impacted upon them personally and as a group.
All participants received their own MHL Certificate and were formally welcomed as an 'MHL Associate'.
